    Partnerships & recommended resources

We only link out to people and platforms we ourselves learn from or work with. No affiliate deals, no reciprocal link swaps — just honest recommendations for anyone who wants to go further than our own pages can take them.

The internet is full of shallow link-lists. This page is meant to be different: a short, editorially maintained list of resources that we — Tessa & Johannes — actually use, read or collaborate with. For each partner we explain why we mention them and what's in it for you as a visitor. That keeps the list small, honest and useful.

    THE BREATHWORK MOVEMENT

Dutch knowledge platform · breath coach trainings · breath agenda

The Breathwork Movement (founded by Nikki van der Velden) is the leading Dutch platform on breathwork — with in-depth articles, books, webinars and a nationwide breath events agenda. Johannes is listed in their official Breath Coach Finder as a certified breath coach (category 'Beyond borders — online'), specialising in Connected Breathing and Rebirthing Breathwork. We value TBM because they translate breathwork in a way that is both scientifically grounded and accessible — exactly the bridge we try to build between research and lived experience. Their breath coach trainings and certified coach network are among the most serious in the Dutch-speaking world. For anyone wanting to dive deeper than our blogs, or to find a coach in their own region alongside our online and nomadic sessions, their coach directory and knowledge base is an excellent starting point. Their Nervous System Regulation handbook complements our own e-book on the vagus nerve.

    YINYOGA.COM

International Yin Yoga knowledge hub · teacher directory · Bernie Clark community

YinYoga.com is the most authoritative platform worldwide on Yin Yoga, built around the work of Bernie Clark — author of The Complete Guide to Yin Yoga and one of the leading voices within the modern Yin tradition. The platform combines in-depth articles on anatomy, functional postures and meridians with an international teacher directory. Tessa is listed in this directory as a certified Yin Yoga teacher, meaning she meets the quality standards upheld within this global community. We link to YinYoga.com because it's one of the few places where Yin is treated seriously — not as a 'gentle version of yoga', but as its own discipline with distinct anatomical and energetic principles. For anyone who wants to go deeper into the theory after our own Yin pages, or find a Yin teacher outside our online and nomadic sessions, this is the place to start.

    Working in the same field?

Do you run a platform, training or project around breathwork, yin yoga, nervous-system recovery or conscious nomadic living that would fit here? Send a short intro — we'd love to take a look.
