    Our story

    Why people come to us — and what we do differently

    You may know it: your mind keeps spinning while your body has long asked for rest. Poor sleep. Short fuse. Stress that sits in your hips, shoulders or chest. Or the creeping sense of burnout — as if the 'on' button has been stuck for months, sometimes years.

    People come to us when talking alone is no longer enough. When relationship patterns repeat. When setting boundaries brings guilt. When yin or breathing exercises on YouTube help — but you want someone who holds the space when it goes deeper.

    We believe you are already whole in essence. Our role is not to repair. It is to re-member: teaching your nervous system what 'off' feels like again — through coaching, breathwork and yin yoga. Online worldwide, or during a retreat or co-travel: then it matters that we are both coaches. Not only teaching classes, but guiding when it goes deeper.

    From coaching practice to nomadic life

    Breath

    Connected breathing and gentle breath techniques that take your nervous system out of 'on' — so overthinking, stress and held emotions can settle.

    Stillness

    Not emptiness, but space. In stillness you hear what's under the noise — and your body remembers what rest feels like.

    Movement

    Yin yoga that opens fascia and hips — where stress settles — so what's stuck may flow again.
