Spiriators processes your personal data because you use our services and/or because you provide it to us. Here is an overview:
- Contact form & introduction: Name, email address, message and any preferences
- E-book, newsletter & challenges: Name and email address (via Brevo)
- Account / course portal: Login details and progress if you create an account
- Website visit: Anonymized usage statistics (including Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity)

Analytics & cookies

How long do we retain data?
Spiriators does not retain your personal data longer than strictly necessary:
- Contact inquiries: As long as needed to answer your question and close the correspondence
- Email lists: Until you unsubscribe or request deletion
- Analytics: According to the retention settings of the relevant tool (for Google Analytics typically up to 26 months)
Sharing with third parties
Spiriators does not sell your data. We only share data with processors needed for our services (e.g. email, hosting, analytics), or when legally required. Where needed we conclude a data processing agreement with relevant parties.
Your rights
You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. Additionally, you have the right to withdraw your consent or object to the processing of your data.
You can send a request to info@spiriators.com. We will respond as soon as possible, but within four weeks at the latest.
Security
Spiriators takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent abuse, loss, unauthorized access and other undesirable actions. Our website uses a secure SSL connection.

If you have a complaint about the processing of your personal data, please contact us directly. You always have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
