What can you expect?
A course in sixteen lessons, building from giving the deeper layers more space with videos averaging 30 minutes, down to short 10-minute videos for daily maintenance and integration.
Pain-relieving
Fascia release and psoas work for nagging lower-back pain and shooting pains.
Relaxing
Stuck upper back, shoulders and neck get space through long-held stretch.
Integration
Longer videos for deep release and shorter videos for maintenance and integration.
16 lessons · from lower back to neck
The journey through your whole back
Each lesson builds on the previous. We work from the pain-relieving layers to the stuck ones — and from lower back to neck.
Lower Back — Fascia Release
Release nagging lower-back pain
Long-held yin poses open the fascia around your lower back so tension can move.
Psoas — Open the Hips
Shooting pains in lower back / hips
The psoas muscle (from lower back via glute to hip) shortens from sitting. Soft hip openers create space.
Upper Back — Mobilise the Spine
Release a stiff upper back
Soften the spine between the shoulder blades — where stress often settles.
Shoulders — Let Go of Tension
High, held shoulders
Shoulders are allowed to sink. Yin poses around the shoulder girdle release held tension.
Neck — Soften
Stiff neck and headaches
Soft movement and stillness around the neck — from holding to letting go in the smallest joint.
Breath & Back
Breath as a bridge to release
Conscious exhale activates the vagus nerve and helps your back release deeper than stretch alone.
Daily Maintenance
10–12 min routine for a supple back
Short, repeatable poses to keep the fascia supple — at home on your mat.
Integration — The Whole Back
Integration without a video
There is no video for this. Integration happens by repeating the whole series regularly, so everything you've learned integrates naturally.

What clients say
Real experiences from people who worked with us — Google reviews.
“Tessa came onto my path at exactly the right moment and we've now been in contact for almost a year through 1-on-1 coaching sessions. She always manages to give me new insights or tools, without needing to know the whole context. That's truly an art. Every session is incredibly valuable and takes me step by step further. And when I lose the overview I think: what would Tessa say? And then I fall back on the many conversations we've already had. Tessa is a listening ear at a distance — she feels like a friend you don't speak to often but who always understands you, with whom you can unreservedly put your feelings on the table, because she always has a helpful answer.”
